Miami-based Rilea Group is developing The Bond on Brickell, a British-themed condominium tower. Located at 1080 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Brickell Financial District, the tower will have 328 luxury units spread out over 44 stories. The Bond will have 1-3 bedroom units as well as exclusive lofts and penthouses. This will mark the fourth development for Rilea in Brickell, having developed One Broadway, the 1450 Brickell office tower and the Sabadell Financial Center. Construction is expected to finish in the first quarter of 2016. “It’s a fantastic new residential building coming to the Brickell market,” said Rilea president Diego Ojeda, who called it the area’s first British-themed building and said it would be filled with photographs by the English photographer Terry O’Neill.
