Stephen Downey has joined CBRE Capital Markets Business Lending team as Vice President. Based in Boca Raton, Florida. Downey will cover the Southern Florida territory, reporting to Dan Winzeler, Managing Director, CBRE Capital Markets. Downey joins CBRE from Wells Fargo. Prior to that he was a vice president at General Electric Capital Corporation. Downey, who was born in Florida, received his MBA from the Univerisity of Miami, and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
