The Fisherman’s Landing apartment complex has been sold to New York-based developer Abacus Capital Group for $33.2m or $123,800 per unit. Located on Fisherman’s Drive in Coconut Creek, the 30-year-old complex is 95 percent leased. The seller, Homebuilder Fairfield Residential, bought the the 22 acre property in 2005 for $22m. Abacus has plans to renovate the property with upgrades to the unit’s interiors, along with exterior remolding.
