New York-based Atlas Real Estate Partners acquired a retail/office building for $10.37m. Atlas secured a $8m loan from UBS Real Estate Securities. The 32,661 sq ft, two-story building sits on a half acre lot located on West Palm Beach’s trendy Clematis Street. Built in 1925, the property offers 11,865 sq ft of retail, 14,344 sq ft of office and a 6,452 sq ft restaurant. The last recorded transaction for the property was in 2000 when it sold for $3.81m.
