Central Group plans to start construction on four new residential projects or additional phases of existing projects in the first half of 2015. In April, the company will start sales of the last phase of Residence Garden Towers in Prague 3-Žižkov, scheduled for completion in June 2016. The 600 flats will go on offer starting at CZK 57,800 per sqm. Dušan Kunovský, head of Central Group, claims the price is 20 percent lower than other comparable projects in Prague. He also says that the developer sold 100 units during the first month.
