MIPIM: HB Reavis unveils Turkish scheme

Slovak-based developer HB Reavis is poised to add Turkey to its list of active locations. Pavel Trenka revealed that the company is on the verge of signing a joint venture agreement for the development of a 100,000 sqm office building in Istanbul. If negotiations proceed as expected, this could see construction begin by the end of the this year, with a view to finishing the scheme in 2018. HB Reavis is already developing actively in the Czech Republic, Poland, the UK as well as its native Slovakia. The company’s office in Istanbul was established two years ago.

Konstruktorska Business Center is the first investment completed by HB Reavis in Poland. The complex first opened to tenants in March 2013 is one of the most modern office buildings in Warsaw. Situated in a burgeoning business district of the Polish capital city, it comprises over 48,000 sq m of office space. It also offers the largest single office floor in Central and Eastern Europe, at over 7,300 sq m. The building has achieved a 100% occupancy rate, with major tenants including Procter & Gamble, Żywiec (Heineken Group), PZU, Otis, Carrier, MoneyGram, and IMS Health.
