Industria acquired the Living Circle residential project in Düsseldorf on behalf of the Wohnen Deutschland II fund for €100m. The scheme, under development by Bauwert Investment and Catella, is going up on the former Thyssen Trade Center (TCC) grounds. Construction started in January. Living Circle will include 340 rental apartments on 30,000 sqm, as well as a daycare center and shops.
