Stantec affiliate ADD has been chosen as the architect in the redesign and redevelopment of the Shore Club hotel. Located at 1901 Collins Avenue, the plans call for converting the 309 hotel rooms into 100 guest rooms and 75 luxury condos. The developer will also build six buildings of between two and 5-story buildings that will bring the total new space developed to 300,000 square feet. This new project will be the seventh hotel that ADD has designed on Collins avenue. New York based HFZ bought the hotel in late 2013.
