Whalou Properties based in West Palm Beach has secured a loan for Mayfair in the Grove in the amount of $40 million. Located in Coconut Grove, the mixed-use development has 279,550 square of office, retail, and residential space spread out over three buildings. The loan was arranged through Natixis Real Estate Capital by Dockerty Romer & Co. Tenants in the complex include Sony, HealthSun Health Plans, the Coconut Grove Arts Festival headquarters, and the Miami Conservatory of Music.
