Blue Rock Partners of Tampa and Goff Capital Partners based in Denver Co. has purchased the Cameron Lakes Apartments for $19.4 million. The 207-unit complex located at 2550 Stag Run Boulevard in Clearwater sold for $93,000 per unit. The sellers, BH Management Serives originally bought the 30 year old property in 2005 for $14.3 million, or $69,000 per unit. The new owners plan to spend one million dollars on upgrading and rebranding the complex, which will be called The Park at Gibraltar.
