Jančina building small flats in Bratislava

9 March 2015

Slovak architect Juraj Jančina is teaming up with TTT Real to build a residential project called Žilinská in Bratislava. The project is a refurbishment of an old four-story building the investment company acquired in 2008. An additional three floors will be added to the the existing L-shaped building. Work will also be done to the courtyard. The apartment building will offer 39 small flats, ranging from 30 to 50 sqm, with one large three-room apartment on each floor. Sales have not started yet. Prices are being discussed, according to Eva Lukáčiková of TTT Real. The project is scheduled for completion in 2016.
