Key International, a Miami-based real estate and investment firm, has purchased the Holiday Inn in the Savannah historic district for $28 million. Located at 520 West Bryan Street, the hotel has 127 rooms spread out over five floors and recently underwent extensive renovation. Key’s other hotel holding include the Eden Roc Miami Beach resort and Spa, the Marriott Stanton South Beach, and a resort property currently undergoing renovation in St. Augustine beach.
