KeHE Distributors which ships food throughout North America has renewed its lease at the Meridian Business Campus. Located at 3225 Meridian Parkway in Weston, the 201,849 square foot warehouse renewal is one of the largest transactions in Broward County over the last few months. Wayne Schuchts of Avision Young brokered the lease for KeHE and stated the industrial market is heating up, with vacancy rates falling to 6.7 percent, the lowest they’ve been since late 2008.
