HB Reavis secures 3 new tenants at Gdański Business Center

4 March 2015

Slovak-based developer HB Reavis signed three new leases this week, totaling more than 2,000 sqm of space, at its Gdański Business Center in Warsaw. The architecture firm Ove Arup & Partners is taking nearly 1,600 sqm in the project. The company, whose portfolio includes projects like Złota 44 and Złote Tarasy, will move into the complex by the end of the year. Active on the Polish market since 1998, the company employs 160 people in its offices in Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław.

The law firm leased 120 sqm of offices in the project’s Building A, while a new restaurant will occupy 470 sqm. The new tenants will join KPMG, SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret and Solid Logistics in the project.

HB Reavis delivered the first phase of the project in June 2014. Work on the second stage is currently underway. When completed, the scheme will add 98,000 sqm of office space to Warsaw’s Wola district.
