Cresco bought two residential projects in Žilina, Slovakia. Cube and Arboreum were originally conceived as rental housing by the Conwert group, which sold the projects after exiting the Slovak market.
Cube and Arboreum offer a total of 135 flats. Cresco has put them on the market for €1,100 to €1,200/sqm. After 20 years of investing primarily on the Bratislava market, the developer recently shifted to looking for opportunities in Slovakia’s regional cities as well.
