IVG Immobilien is planning to build a new German headquarters for Grifols in Frankfurt’s Niederrad district. The Barcelona-based biotech company signed a 15-year lease agreement with an option for two five-year extensions. To go up on Colmarer Strasse, the building will offer 5,300 sqm of space for Grifols Deutschland’s main administrative center and business units presently operating in Langen.
