Jacksonville based Integrated Construction LLC has been awarded a contract to build a $19.3 million senior living facility in Woodfin North Carolina, just north of Asheville. Totaling 165,825 square feet, the center will offer 172 units and should be completed in April 2016. Gaylen Howard Laing Architect Inc of Arlington, Texas will be the architect. Integrated was founded in 2007 and is licensed in ten states throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
