Swiss Re, the re-insurance giant, has concluded a pre-lease agreement with HB Reavis for nearly one entire building in the companyās Twin City office complex. Now under construction, the first two buildings will be available by next year, but Swiss Re isnāt due to move into its new space until halfway through 2017. It will have 14,200 sqm available to it first, with an option to expand by another 6,300 sqm. āOur integrated business model in which HB Reavis combines development, construction, project management and investment management paid off,ā said executive director of HB Reavis Slovensko Adrian RĆ”c.
