CA Immobilien and O1 Group are in talks to buy a 15-percent stake of Immofinanz.
Immofinanz Romania owns 200,000 sqm of office space, several shopping centers (Polus Cluj, Constanta Maritimo and Gold Plaza Baia Mare) as well as the residential developer Adama.
O1 Group acquired a 16-percent stake of CA Immo from UniCredit Bank for €295m last year. O1 Group is registered in Cyprus and holds a majority stake in O1 Properties, one of the largest office space owners in Moscow. CA Immobilien’s Bucharest office portfolio totals more than 100,000 sqm of spaces.
