Jacksonville-based Summit Contracting Inc. is to build the new Galleria Club Apartment complex in Baymeadows for the investor Fort Family Investments. The $27.7 million project is located at 8680 Baymeadows Road East and will offer 254 units spread between eleven buildings. Summit expects to start construction this week with plans to be completed on June 20, 2016. Jacksonville area Group 4 Design Inc will be the architect. Summit is also building the $44.5 million Crescent Westshore in Tampa.
