American Village on sale for €9.3m

25 February 2015

The American Village residential complex in Bucharest’s Pipera district has been put on the market for €9.3m. The project was developed by Mainrom Invest, which went bankrupt in 2013. The €9.3m asking price covers 35 percent of what’s owed to the financing bank, Banca Comerciala Romana. The €50m project includes 126 houses and 254 apartments in six blocks on 6.5 ha.
The legal liquidator of the project, Edge Business Restructuring Advisors, wants to sell 72 houses, six apartment buildings and the club.
