Vastint Romania broke ground on two office buildings on the former Timpuri Noi factory site in Bucharest. Danya Cebus is overseeing the construction. The scheme’s first two 10-story office buildings will offer 30,000 sqm. They are scheduled for completion by the end of 2016.
Vastint bought the 5.3 ha plot in 2010. The company plans to develop residential buildings on 50,000 sqm of the land in Bucharest’s Timpuri Noi district.
