Gran Via will deliver an additional 170 apartments in its Timişoara 58 project in May. The residential scheme is going up on one of the three former factory sites Gran Via purchased in western Bucharest. The Spanish company completed the project’s first building last year. Work on the second phase started after Gran Via secured a €3.3m loan from Garanti Bank by mortgaging the first building.
Gran Via is scheduled to break ground on another two residential buildings near the Lujerului passage in June.
