GSF Acquisition, an affiliate of Eddie, Jules and Stehanie Trump (no relation to Donald) have plans for the Estates, new project at Acqualina. Located on 5.6 acres at 17901 Collins Avenue, the complex will have two 50 story towers with 250 units that run from $3.9 million up to $40 million. The condos will range in size from 2,800 square feet to a two-story 13,000 square foot penthouse. The developers are targeting buyers with multiple homes, but investors are not allowed to buy the units for the purpose of flipping them. The Trumps have also developed Williams Island in Adventura, the Mansions at Acqualina, and Luxuria Residences in Boca Raton. Completion of Estates at Acqualina is slated for 2016.
