Colliers International has named Andrew Thompson its new Director of Investment Services where he will be responsible for identifying and executing new real estate investment transactions. He joins Colliers having come from the position of managing director of Cushman & Wakefield in Slovakia. Colliers’ investment services division specializes in providing services connected with real estate sales and purchases for investors and developers. Thompson comes to the job with years of real estate experience, and a substantial knowledge of the Slovak market. He was responsible for the sale of the Aupark shopping center in Žilina and the acquisition of the Tesco hypermarket, and he has provided marketing and development consulting on projects like Eurovea (Ballymore) and Lakeside Park (Trigranit).
