The Radco Company, an-Atlanta based multifamily redeveloper, has purchased Bay Park Apartments for $29.6 million or $128,000 per unit. The 228 unit community will be rebranded City Park Clearwater, having been purchased from Laramar Bay Park Partners for $14 million ($61,400 per unit) back in 2014 according to Pinellas County property records. Located at 101 S. Old Coachman Road, the Clearwater complex sits on 15.6 acres and consists of nine three-story buildings. Radco plans to spend an additional $2.1 million to renovate and expand the clubhouse, to upgrade interiors and to improve the building’s exteriors.
