JLL secured a contract to manage Rondo 1 in Warsaw, one of the most high-profile office projects in the CEE region. The company took over the management of the 40-floor building in January. BlackRock Europe Property Fund II sold the property last year to Germany’s Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management for nearly €300m. Rondo was delivered in 2006 for €200m. The LEED Gold-certified project, is the 17th property JLL took under management last year.
The 192-meter highrise is located in Warsaw’s Central Business District, at the corner of Al. Jana Pawła II and Świętokrzyska streets. It offers 60,000 sqm of offices and 5,000 sqm of retail space.
