The Avia Office Building opened in Kraków, adding 14,000 sqm of lettable space to the local office market. Located in the city’s Czyżyny district, the seven-story building is part of Kraków’s Technology Park program and is in line with LEED certification criteria.
The project’s investor and developer, GD&K Group, is active on Poland’s two biggest office markets, Warsaw and Kraków. The company has delivered nearly 100,000 sqm of commercial space over the past six years.
