The Avia Office Building opened in Krak贸w, adding 14,000 sqm of lettable space to the local office market. Located in the city鈥檚 Czy偶yny district, the seven-story building is part of Krak贸w鈥檚 Technology Park program and is in line with LEED certification criteria.
The project鈥檚 investor and developer, GD&K Group, is active on Poland鈥檚 two biggest office markets, Warsaw and Krak贸w. The company has delivered nearly 100,000 sqm of commercial space over the past six years.
