American electronics company Avnet acquired a logistics property in Poing, near Munich, through its subsidiary Tenva Properties. Logivest brokered the deal. Located on Gruberstrasse, the service and logistics center includes 24,600 sqm of production and storage space. The investment also offers 5,000 sqm of office and staff space as well as a 10,000 sqm plot for possible expansion. The parties have agreed to keep the sales price confidential.
