The Miller Construction Company has just finished the 218,000 square foot Transal Logistics Center in Doral. Built for Gibson Development Partners, a Coral Gables based firm, the center is housed in a two building complex with 30 foot ceilings, 69 bays and a 180-foot truck court. Located on Northwest 27th street in Doral, the leasing is being handled by Fairchild Partners. Units range from 17,280 to 1110,000 square feet with bay sizes starting at 8,910 square feet.
