According to DTZ’s latest report – Property Times Logistics & Industrial Poland – as of the end of 2014, total supply of modern warehouse space in Poland reached almost 8.8M sqm. Heightened activity could be observed both on the part of developers, who delivered a record-breaking 1.1 M sqm of new warehouse space to the market, and tenants, responsible for signing lease agreements for 2.8M sqm of industrial space.
