Dumitrache takes over at Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia

Cushman & Wakefield has named Cristina Dumitrache as Managing Director at the company’s Slovak office, where she will oversee a team of 19. Dumitrache has 17 years of real estate experience behind her, including nine with Cushman & Wakefield. She moved to the company’s Bratislava offices two years ago after working for the company in Romania. The Slovak team includes Matus Furman (Head of Retail), Jan Bryndza (Head of Office Agency), Radoslav Blazo, (Head of Project Management), Richard Souhrada (Associate, Head of Property & Asset Management Slovakia) and Aneta Lendvayová (Head of Valuation & Advisory). Dumitrache replaces Andrew Thompson in the role of managing director. “We have a first class team on board in Slovakia under the leadership of Cristina and we look forward to growing our business and providing a best in class service to our domestic and international clients,” said Jonathan Hallett, Managing Partner at Cushman & Wakefield Central Europe.
