The DLA Piper law firm signed a lease on 3,850 sqm at Palais an der Oper in Munich and will move into its new office space in September. JLL brokered the deal. The firm is relocating from Isartorplatz and will employ around 60 lawyers at its new office space. Palais an der Oper was jointly developed by LBBW Immobilien and Accumulata. The property was acquired by Russian investors in 2012.
