Norwegian Cruise Lines has renewed and expanded it corporate headquarters in Doral. Located at the Airport Corporate Center, a 1 million square foot, 11 building office park, Norwegian Cruise Line has added about 70,000 square feet to its existing lease bringing their total to 276,364 square feet. According to CBRE Research this is the largest office lease signed over the last five years in South Florida. A fund advised by CBRE bought the office park in October for $129.25 million.
