B. Braun Medical is pouring HUF 1.7bn into its medical equipment plant in Gyöngyös in northeastern Hungary. The German company secured a HUF 410m grant from the European Union for the investment. The plant will now handle the company’s dialysis kit production line. B. Braun Medical employs more than 2,000 people in Hungary. It reported HUF 34.5bn in revenues last year.
