P3 sealed a deal to take over a 467,000 sqm logistics portfolio, including two projects in Poland and one in Romania, from Immobilien Anlagen AG. The transaction has doubled P3’s Polish portfolio and lifted its total portfolio to 2.9 million sqm of space. It has also added 165 ha of land to its significant landbank.
The portfolio includes a 177,000 sqm logistics park located in Błonie, 30km from Warsaw’s city center. The park is leased to Bayer, IBM, Orange, Triumph and Allegro, with zoning for 17 ha of potential development. The second Polish project is a 75,000 sqm logistics park located near Piotrków Trybunalski spread over a 120 ha plot. Tenants include Kühne & Nagel, FM Logistic and InPost.
The 215,000 sqm logistics facility in Bucharest, meanwhile, is almost fully leased to tenants like Carrefour, Tibbett Logistics, Gebrüder Weiss and Interbrand, with zoning for 40 ha of potential development.
“We’ll continue looking for new acquisition opportunities and development projects in key logistic locations … as supply on a number of markets still lags behind the growing demand for logistics space, which creates a positive outlook for the dynamic tenant market,” said Ian Worboys, general director of P3.
