Ion Catutoiu was named country manager at Volumetric Romania. Catutoiu has 20 years of real estate experience. He replaces Dan Flesariu, who left the company at the end of 2014.
Volumetric Romania is planning to expand this year to focus on residential projects and commercial acquisitions. Volumetric is currently developing Ficusului Residential, a condominium project located near Herastrau park in Bucharest.
