Flotrix Inc. of Dallas Texas has sold the Spectrum Office Park for $8.5 million through RM Realty Group to a Georgia limited liability company. Citrix Systems, a software company, is the building’s sole tenant and one of the largest private employers in the Fort Lauderdale area. The building at 1801 West Spectrum Road south of the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport sits on a nearly 6 acre site. The building last sold in 2000 for $11.2 million according to Broward County records.
