Colony Realty Partners of Boston has purchased the Art Avenue Apartments complex in southeast Orlando for $47 million, or $156,833 per unit. Located at Lee Vista Boulevard and South Econlockhatchee Trail, the 300 unit complex was completed in 2014. Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill of CBRE Inc. sold the asset for The Rohdie Group. The property was 60 percent leased at the time of its listing last August.
