Sygnity, one of the leading IT service providers on the Polish market, signed a five-year lease on 5,500 sqm at Royal Wilanów, currently under development by Capital Park in Warsaw. The WSE-listed company will move into space on the office building’s third and fourth floors in January 2016. Knight Frank represented the tenant.
The five-story Royal Wilanów will add nearly 30,000 sqm of lettable space to Warsaw’s Wilanów district. JEMS Architekci designed the scheme. Construction is set for completion in August. The investor has already secured a BREEAM certificate for the project.
