Altman Companies has sold Altis at Coconut Creek apartment complex to 5401 Wiles Road LLC (a Washington D.C. affiliate of Clarion Partners) and to Mid-Century Insurance Co from Woodland Hills, California. The 270 unit complex sold for $61.77 million or $228,778 per unit. Located at 5401 Wiles Road in Coconut Creek, the complex was completed in 2013 and 2014. Altman Companies had purchased the 15.2 acre site in 2012.
