Aztec Group inc. has secured a $3,400,000 construction loan for 250 Wynwood, a 11 unit condominium with 90% percent pre-sold units with 50 percent deposits committed. Financing was provided by City National Bank. Terms of the 24-month facility include a LIBOR-based floating interest rate. 250 Wynwood is being developed by Wynwood-based Fortis Development Group. 250 Wynwood was designed by architect Laith Sayigh.
