In one of the biggest lease deals to take place on the Polish office market last year, Poland’s Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (ARiMR) extended its 17,000 sqm lease at Poleczki Business Park for another seven years. The project is currently underway on Warsaw’s Poleczki street with UBM and CA Immo overseeing the investment process.
The entire project will comprise 15 office buildings. Four units have been delivered so far. In its next phase, PBC will add 17,000 sqm of new office space in two buildings, scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of the year. PBC’s second phase has already been pre-certified with LEED Gold.
