The Embassy of Qatar is relocating into a four level, 1,000 sqm building in Bucharest’s Aviatorilor district. The office building was renovated to fit the needs of the embassy, which is scheduled to move into the space this quarter. The embassy started looking for bigger office space in 2012, according to Raluca Plavita, associate director of the residential department at DTZ Echinox, which brokered the deal. Until 2010, the building was the headquarters for the Embassy of the Netherlands.
