Last year saw a considerable increase in sales for Daramis Group, a developer of residential real estate, specifically by 48%, while the number of new contracts increased by 37 %. This year Daramis Group is planning on finishing and completing the inspection of more projects.
“The fact that we completed the Sedmikráska and Nad Motolským Hájem residential projects last year contributed significantly to these positive results. The Sedmikráska project, moreover, was sold out even before the final inspection and it won 2 awards from the professional public, specifically in the Best of Realty awards and the Real Estate Project of the Year,” stated Martin Vachek, Daramis Group’s Sales and Marketing Manager.
In the autumn of last year Daramis Group launched the sale of the next phase of the Zelené Město 2 project, which contains 96 flats, and the first phase of the Marina Island project in Holešovice with 138 flats. This year Daramis Group is planning on gradually putting another 4 new residential projects onto the market.
