Nis Arb Edo bought the Stilwerk scheme in Berlin’s City-West area from Amelia Asset 1 B.V. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The property, located at Kant Strasse 17, was opened in 1999 and offers 24,000 sqm of rental space. Nis Arb Edo, was advised by ARB Asset Management and funded by Japan-based investors, while Amelia Asset 1 B.V was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Olswang and PwC.
