Colliers International Central Florida has hired Lee Morris, SIOR, CCIM, LEED AP as Managing Director, Industrial Services. In his 34 year of real estate experience, 24 of which were spent in commercial brokerage, Morris has handled more than 25 million square feet of industrial sale and lease transactions with a total value in excess of $1.5 billion. Past positions include Director of Industrial Services with Cushman & Wakefield in Orlando and investment broker with CBRE in South Florida. Prior to his brokerage career, Morris owned and operated a construction & investment firm.
Morris will join Deborah Mickler, CCIM, SIOR, Director – Industrial Services, Bill Parke, SIOR, Director – Industrial Services, and Fred Beasley, B.Sc, SIOR, Director – Investment Sales as a part of Colliers International Central Florida’s fully integrated industrial team.
