Luxoft expands space at Novo Park

Luxoft has expanded its space at Novo Park in northern Bucharest. The company, a leading provider of software development services and innovative IT solutions, has been operating at the business park since 2007. Nova Park, owned by Genesis Development, offers 75,000 sqm in seven buildings as well as 1,100 parking spots. It is currently 99 percent leased to tenants such as Hewlett-Packard (HP), Mondelez Romania Garanti Bank, Ringier, Sodexo, Infineon Technologies, Yokagawa and UniCredit.
Liviu Tudor, president at Genesis Development, said he has noticed an expansion trend over the last couple of years. ā€œThis trend is visible both at Novo Park and at West Gate, the office park that we have developed in the west of Bucharest. In the last two years, tenants at Novo Park and West Gate have expanded their existing surfaces by approximately 20,000 sqm,ā€ Tudor said.
