Račany Rosso to add 156 flats in first phase

Grafobal, a group owned by Slovak entrepreneur Ivan Kmotrík, is planning to build a residential development worth €12m in Bratislava’s Rača district. The project, to be called Račany Rosso, will offer three apartment buildings with 156 flats and 218 parking spaces in the first phase. Additional phases will add hundreds more flats, offices, retail and sport facilities. The first phase is currently in the EIA process. Construction should get underway in 2016, with completion scheduled in 2018, writes Trend Reality.
