Goodman plans to build a new logistics scheme for WMF in Dornstadt, near Ulm. The investment will allow the tableware manufacturing company to double its warehouse capacity in southern Germany. The project offers 21,000 sqm and completion is set for the third quarter of this year. Goodman started building the 40,000 sqm logistics center, worth €24m, last fall. DB Schenker will lease the space and operate the warehouse for WMF. Goodman is currently working on a second logistics project in Bergkamen.
